C++ / C#

Analog dev-c++?

I really like this environment because it is not overloaded in the interface, everything is simple and clear. To make a project, just create a file and that's it. Ultimately, it does not overload with additional files. But in this environment the word debugger does not work at all.
Installed code::Blocks, codelite - very overloaded in the interface, at the moment I don't need so much.
About visual studio - I am silent, the same tools that are not needed at the moment.
