An unknown error has occurred how to solve?

The situation is this: did not work (and do not work) Lan ports on the server. The OS was not installed. We disassembled the server to see where the physical damage was, but found nothing, rearranged the BIOS battery and started the server to check the cable and install Centos 7. Right on the choice of language, it shows this error: "An unknown error has occurred" and does not allow to pass . There were no special settings in the BIOS before. The image is exactly normal, mounted using win32diskimager.

in BIOS legasy or UEFI, try in legacy, if RAID try adding dmraid -r -E /dev/sda to the installation options, just keep in mind that this will erase everything on the disks
