An example of working with RFX in C++?

Please tell me an example of working with the RFX mechanism in C ++.
I've searched everywhere, but couldn't find it.
Preferably a working program, not a piece of code.
MSDN on this subject read.
I use MFC and ODBC.
I am a beginner, so if I asked a question incorrectly or with an error, please indicate where exactly I made a mistake.
