In fact, well-known APIs are usually written from scratch, and not in PHP frameworks :) VKontakte is not written in Yii2! :)
And what you are talking about is client "wrappers", you will not see them on someone else's site even if they are, so write the site yourself, or order this work for money.

API(FB,VK,Instagram) written in yii2 does not exist. API(FB,VK,Instagram) is written by FB,VK,Instagram themselves and written on their own frameworks.
There are sites on yii2 that use api FB, VK, etc.
Apparently you worded it wrong. What is the task? Write an api or can there still be a component for convenient work with the api of the above systems?
