Gentlemen, we need an example of a good contract. Not a standard fish from the Internet, but a really cool cool deal with meat, not just bones. It seems there was a topic on Habré, where they took Lebedev's contract and finished it to a masterpiece, I can't find it.
Can you help or share yours?

It would also be nice to have an example of a well-composed TK, without nonsense like “to display the site, you need an IBM PC and a mouse-type manipulator.”

on the net are more or less normal. There is no ideal contract, because processes are organized differently. If the client is not hemorrhoids, then a general contract for the provision of services is enough.

You already decide on your desires. Either you find an acceptable fish on the Internet, or a lawyer writes a contract for money for you.
