An easy way to make a smooth image transition for a background in CSS - how?

Tell me if there are online services or at least instructions for Photoshop aimed at blurring the edges of the image so that it can be inserted as a repeating background in the layout block. Problem example: https://jsfiddle.net/crggjs5d/ . The background with bees is an ordinary picture and its sides do not match each other. How can I blur the sides of the image so that the result looks normal?

1. How will blurring help?
2. Here, usually with pens, they make the picture cyclic.
3. It is difficult to loop your picture in principle, as there is a perspective and it is at an angle.
Solution: find a picture that can be looped.
