An analogue of reform in Ukrainian?

Hi,
I ran into the problem of the need to install a system for user feedback. According to the set of functions, the reformer is suitable, but there is one BUT, because of which it is impossible to use it - the project is in Ukrainian.
Tell me, please, have you met services analogous to the reformal with the Ukrainian interface? Maybe scripts with Ukrainian language pack?

Today I was also looking for a similar solution for a site in Ukrainian. I have a wordpress engine. I found a wonderful Usernoise plugin. There is even a Ukrainian localization there.
