An analogue of Google docs that can be deployed at home?

Good afternoon! We have been using google services for a long time and thought about the idea of organizing their analogue on our servers for employees.
What you need:
-online editing of documents such as word and excel or a close analogue in terms of functionality (formulas, sheets, inserts, access control to cells, etc.)
-the ability to keep everything on your servers - files, the service itself, databases
-editing through a browser from various platforms
- it is desirable to have export to standard office document formats - an
analogue of the cloud for storing and exchanging various documents, scans, archives
We consider both free and commercial solutions.
PS Perhaps there is an analogue in the form of an electronic document management system?

From paid ones, look towards Microsoft's Office Web Apps. As far as I understand, they have access to the installation of this miracle in the form of a role on the server. Those. everything is the same as Office Web Apps for SkyDrive for ordinary mortals, but completely on your server with all the consequences.

For a long time I have been dreaming of some kind of system so that I can upload documents (doc, rtf, xls, pdf) there for storage, for subsequent search in them and viewing. The whole difficulty lies in converting from these formats to html or xml, which could then be indexed, by Sphinx, for example.
And it's all on the intranet. But it would be ideal, of course, to have your own Google Drive. :)

Look in the direction of zoho
www.zoho.com/docs/
True, I don’t know how they are with licensing now, whether they give away the entire engine code or tie it to their service.
