An alternative to Payoneer is ProPay. Who used?

In looking for alternatives to Payoneer, I came across the Propey service. https://www.propay.com/en-US/small-business/Featur...
The service is interesting in that it gives a card (like the pioneer), and allows you to accept payments by cards and more. Well, another nice bonus is that the service, like Payoneer, is located in a normal US country, and not in an incomprehensible offshore, like most services of this kind.
If anyone has used it please tell me how it is?

If this is a real Wells Fargo Bank office, I doubt they operate outside of the US. You should have known this first.
apd - it is. This is a normal merchant. Fuck you get this card from them. This is not a replacement for Pioneer at all, a completely different product.
