An alternative to MS Visio?
Many times I tried to find an alternative to Visio like the same Dia and the like, but somehow nothing took root for me for a long time. Visio is certainly not perfect, but everything else seems very raw. Tell me who uses what for all sorts of block diagrams of algorithms, class hierarchies and the like.

I use Visio+Edraw max. Edraw max contains more elements and more color schemes. But, in fact, it is just a container for vector drawings. Those. you can’t work with objects like UML in Visio, for example. Those. if you just need to "draw" then Edarw max will be in the subject. Moreover, it is quite cheap.
I'm trying to accustom myself to the online www.gliffy.com , but the visio is somehow more familiar anyway. Although, in terms of features, Gliffy completely covers 90% of my tasks. Yes, and the ability to show the diagram online sometimes helps.
1. Visual Paradigm, like there was an edishin community, but the interface is heavily overloaded with gadgets (it's hard to hit the mouse and not create a new object)
www.visual-paradigm.com/
2. SmartDraw, probably the closest.
