Amazon Kindle 4 Rostest

I got a reader the other day, a version with advertising. It is noteworthy that at a low price, in an offline store (quite famous in the Chernozem region) and, most importantly, with the Rostest logo on the back. It is logical to ask why with advertising (if it is only for the USA) and why the device is not Russified (it does not bother me). Is it some kind of unofficial one?

@zenon

why with ads (if it's only for the US)

Thus, Amazon reduces the price of the book for the end buyer. On Amazon.com, the ad-supported version costs $79. By displaying ads, Amazon hopes that sooner or later you will buy something from it advertised.
why the device is not Russified

Officially, it is not supplied to the Russian market.
Is it some kind of unofficial one?

It is completely official. You just bought it through an intermediary. Theoretically, problems may arise when warranty cases arise, but there were a couple of articles on Habré with a refutation of this myth.
Regarding the Rostest badge, there were rumors that Amazon was in talks with a certain Russian company about the official shipments of the Kindle to Russia, but they never came to anything.

I bought directly from amazon.com, I also have it on the back cover of the PCT. I think all Kindles come from one place.
