Am I doing public wifi correctly?
I want to make a public wifi myself.
What you want: the user connects to the wifi, goes to my page, in which he enters a phone number and receives an SMS, after entering the code he gets access. There is no password to access wifi.
I understand correctly that I configure my Linux router so that it distributes the Internet (through the same masquerading), and it also has a freeradius server. The points connect to it with the wep2-enterprice authentication and the address of my radius server. All points distribute wifi in a common IP pool with a router through bridge and routing (not through regular nat). The router, depending on the MAC address specified during authentication, gives or does not give access to the Internet by adding a new element to iptables.
Just the usual setting of the router to nat, as far as I understand, removes the ability to see the poppy and the direct IP address.
Authentication within the radius occurs (as far as I plan) on the poppy.
