Am I designing mysql table correctly?

Hello. There are 115 types of units in the toy.
units are divided into 3 types: Air, Earth, Sea.
units of 35 of each type. As a result I think to do one huge table. Or do 3 small ones?

4025 records is not much in general.
But if the units have a very complex structure, you can look towards EAV.
