Am I a full node if I have Bitcoin Core installed and running?

Am I a full node if I have Bitcoin Core installed and running for an average of 2 hours a day? Now the database occupies ~ 66 GB, sometimes I come across on forums that people write that their blockchain occupies 70-80 GB, how is this possible?

It depends on what is considered a gigabyte: 70 * 10^9 is just about 66 * 2^30.
