Always show smartbanner?

There is a smartbanner on the site , it is shown to new users and after "reacting" the next time it will appear the next day.
For the test, I need it to show up every time I log in as a new user through incognito.
In Google Chrome on Android, this is solved by enabling chrome://flags/#bypass-app-banner-engagement-checks
Now, after clearing the cache (etc) and logging in incognito, the banner is displayed.
How to do this on IOS in Safari ?
