Alternatives to Google Sheets for processing large amounts of information?
Good afternoon, dear forum!
We process data at work through Google Sheets - we download from different sources (several services), then combine and get the results of this analysis at the output. The problem is that some files have more than 400,000 lines and about 20 columns, which invariably leads to the fact that Google "falls down".
I struggled with splitting into smaller files, but now this is no longer possible. Excel is also not an option - you need everything online. I saw that Google Sheets with BigQuery support will appear soon, but as far as I understand, this is a solution to pull large data from the database, and not just from different files.
I would be grateful if you could tell me what to do in this case? Are there any alternatives or maybe it's possible to run google sheets to pull out more data.
Sincerely,
Vlad

There is a Microsoft cloud office.live.com try it, the interface is almost like Excel.
ps what is it that lays down Google documents? It’s just that a document with hundreds of thousands of records should not slow down, but here are complex formulas, so for small documents you can come up with brake ones.
what actions do you do with the data? once Microsoft offered ms access to work with data (actually a database with a form and query interface), it was possible to open it on the local network simultaneously by several users, I’m not sure how much it is supported now, how the product it exists, a few years ago, when metrostyle came out, it looked abandoned (forms and interface from 2000 popped up every now and then)
Well, no one will give gigantic power just like that
Use any sql server everything will be super online and fast
