Alternative to Norton DNS?

Is there a working free alternative to Norton DNS (which for some reason closed on 15/11) in terms of blocking access to dangerous sites, especially with the ability to specify security groups?
It was very convenient to simply specify Norton's DNS to be more or less sure that there would be no traffic to dangerous sites on the client PC.
SkyDNS, as I understand it, is paid.

Own local dns (unbound) with its own set of
DNS rules does not guarantee that client traffic will not go to dangerous sites
