Almost classic 3-column layout

Task: we have a header (height is fixed in pixels), footer (height is fixed in pixels), two sidebars (left/right) (the width of both is known in pixels and is fixed).

Task: make a layout in which all the remaining space will be given to the main block, preferably without / with a minimum of JS, while the browser should not have a scrollbar (the central block will have overflow: scroll and it will scroll the information inside itself)

I understand that the task is almost trivial, but I couldn’t quickly find a sane cross-browser solution, and I’m not a designer
