Is available Windows Server on it VPN on pptp is configured. PPTP connection is set to mikrotik. he is a client. The server has a subnet of 50 Mikrotik 18. The server itself is visible, there is access to all shared folders. but from the server itself there is no access to the Mikrotik local network. does not ping any machine.
