Hello. The site is written in php. When I open a page on the site, the SEO data of this page is downloaded from a special table by url. And they are tagged.
Here is my question. How do I link to pages on the site?
1) Just hardcoding? But then if I change the address of the page, I will have to change it wherever there are links to it. And plus in a DB.
2) Unload all pages from the database in advance, put them in an array. And from this array to select links to other pages? But it seems to me that this will slow down the site a lot.
3) Any other option?

Or hardcode in html and change when the url changes or use some kind of link generator every time the page is shown.
