Algorithm for selecting posts?

Hello, I have two tables, one with the id of the people I am subscribed to (
subscription), and the other with posts (post)
And the question is how to display the posts made by the people I am subscribed to,
so I make a request and get the id of these people from the table (
subscription) and then I display these posts sorted by date.
