Отправляю jQuery Ajax-запрос о новых сообщениях, со сылкой вида: /viewtopic.php?id=35&action=new ,
сервер отдаёт ответ в виде ссылки: /viewtopic.php?id=35&p=19#p3946
Где жирным, - параметр о первом непрочитанном сообщении, - данный параметр и использует jQuery скрипт поиска в контенте. Каким образом или методом можно вытянуть эту ссылку ответа сервера из Аякс-запроса ?
Пока прямого ответа за 12 часов поиска - не нашёл. Буду рад помощи.

PS: Ответ лежит в плоскости возможностей яваскрипт браузера, иные варианты не могут быть применимы

What is "the server gives the answer in the form of a link", redirects? How is the redirect implemented? Most likely, through the Location header, which means it needs to be pulled out of the response, but not a fact, you need a log with headers and the response body from the sniffer (Fiddler, Wireshark, etc.), you can be more specific about it, but without it, no wonder they didn't find anything.
