AirPlay but not AirPlay

Good afternoon! I spent a lot of time looking for something similar to the Airport Express without the apple. The fact is that this router has a 3.5mm audio jack, and with the help of this toy you can have fun throwing sound over Wi-Fi to the most remote places on the local network, or even much further. And terribly I wanted such a thing, but under Windows, and that's so without the goddamn iTunes, here. I searched and the only thing I found is an older Linksys WMB54G. Tell me, those in the know, is there any chance for me to find what I'm looking for?

Any router with USB and openwrt support - wiki.openwrt.org/doc/howto/usb.audio
People then play Internet radio on them, I think you can redirect the sound from the computer to the router via JACK. Although xs, is there JACK under Windows

Interested in transmitting audio over the local network? There are devices like Creative Labs Sound Blaster Wireless Audio Transmitter and Receiver Bundle , maybe they will be enough?

Look towards EzCast, there are already devices on sale that allow you to broadcast video to any device with an hdmi input. Devices to which only audio can be streamed should soon appear. In Russia, these devices can be bought here EzCast.ru
