AirDrop on El Capitan and iPad Air iOS 9.0.2 does not work. Why?

Hey! I wanted to test AirDrop on poppy mini late 2014 and pad air2 with the latest axes.
And it doesn't work. And I don't know how to make it work anymore. Any ideas?

I don't understand what's funny! Want to share files via AirDrop? As a replacement, put on Ios DropBox and everything will work, and put on El Capitan too! And if you want AirDrop, then all Apple devices (Ipod ipad MacBook Mac Pro ImacMini) must be connected to WiFi through one router or access point to one WiFi network for Apple devices www.apple.com/ru/compare-wifi-models AirPort and files must be filled! And folders too!
AirDrop does not work over non-Apple WiFi i.e. works only through WiFi AirPort routers and Apple access points!

There is a solution, you need to enable geolocation on all devices (applies to Iphone and Mac). Everything works in any combination both on Iphone + Iphone and Iphone + Mac in any direction.
