AHK | How to determine the status of the cursor?

3 Cursor statuses: Text , Pressed and Normal
On some sites (for example, even here, when you hover over your nickname from the top left), the cursor changes status to "Pressed"
How can I determine what status the cursor has now through an AHK script or a script in another language? I want to make an auto clicker that clicks when the cursor status is: Pressing
Maybe I explained it stupidly, I hope you figure it out :)
