Aggregator for accepting payments from foreign users?

Good afternoon!
You need to accept payments on the site from users from the US and EU countries.
Is there an aggregator that works from individuals?
Went through a lot of options, both domestic and foreign.
Most of ours do not accept payments from foreigners, or require a legal entity. All foreign ones that I found require a legal entity.
