After updating Oracle apex to 3.2, I can't log into my account. How to be?

Hello.

A question. I am using Oracle XE11g. When upgrading APEX to 3.2. user login, under which I logged in to the apex browser and the password does not work on it, although its scheme remains, to which I still have a password and access to it, but the current is through the sqlplus console.

How do I make APEX Browser show those schemas that are not visible there among the list of available schemas in the browser window? and that with the rights of the administrator they are available in the sqlplus console and that's it?
