After updating Joomla, the General settings are displayed incorrectly in the admin panel. Why?

Good afternoon. After updating Joomla from 3.7.5 to 3.8.0, the General settings are displayed incorrectly in the admin panel. At the very bottom of the page, an error is thrown:

If you go to the component settings there, they look good. Screenshots in attachment.

The question is removed, the problem is solved. Missing public function getVersion() {}
