After updating firefox stopped working. How to fix it?

After an unsuccessful (failure at the boot stage) update of firefox 59.0.3 to 60.0, a second after opening firefox, a crash report began to appear. Reinstalling through the repositories or installing official mozilla builds does not help. Any browser based on the gecko engine behaves the same way.
