After transferring from a hosting to a new hosting, the theme settings go astray?

Hello! Actually the question is in the title.
My actions:
1. I download and upload files to a new hosting
2. I export the database dump, open the database dump in the atom editor and replace the old url with a new one, then save it.
3. I import the database dump into the database created on the new hosting
4. I enter access from the new database into wp-config.
After the site is launched, but all the theme settings go astray, plus there are errors in everything.

I tried to use duplecator but after creating the package it gives an error, most likely everything is related to hosting.

That's the problem...
Replace only 2 rows from the wp_options table (home_utl site_url).
All other replacements are done through the better search replace plugin (this way you save the serialized data and guid... and, accordingly, theme settings, etc.)
