Good afternoon, the ssl certificate was replaced on the exchange server, it was replaced in the connector, smtp is enabled.
After a while, scans began to go to the mail, port 587, smtp. Is there a log somewhere?
Normal mail goes outside and comes in, there are no problems. The problem is only with scanning.

If it is configured and enabled , that is.
The default location is usually:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V15\TransportRoles\Logs\Hub\ProtocolLog\SmtpSend
