After recovery (R.saver), project folders. Everything is right and in place. But, doesn't work. Mystic. Can anyone come across?

The system and C drive are all new. There are two (unaffected) "C+2" drives, one has been completely removed. Projects on (not affected) disks \ how they worked and work. And, here are the folders restored from the destroyed one (the conic is thrown out). In the project, only __init__.py = 0kb

The file was restored but contains garbage. Open in ide and bring it back to normal
I'm lucky. I restored and (zip backup) and if so (open windows explorer) | (without unpacking) "and that's the only way!" and just copy the packs to another pack... Everything works...
