After moving to a local server, errors appeared Uncaught ArgumentCountError: Too few arguments to function?

Please help me figure it out.
There is a site on opencart that works on hosting without errors.
Moved it to openserver and got a lot of errors like Uncaught ArgumentCountError.
I suppose that it may be in the openserver settings. But I don't know what to do.
