After installing the SSL certificate, I get This site can't be reached. How to fix?

Good afternoon!

Installed IIS. Reconfigured the default site, which was originally created in IIS for my purposes.
I changed the pool, changed the working folder, changed the bindings, installed the SSL certificate.
I registered bindings for 80 and 443. I put a certificate on 443.

The site was opened both by ip and by domain.

As soon as I rebooted the server. The site has stopped opening. Available only if I leave the binding at 80 without SSL. As soon as I put SSL on, it stops opening both after 80 and after 443.

What's the matter?
