After installing Docker Desktop, the external monitor stopped working. What is the problem?

An external monitor is connected to the laptop and the laptop monitor is disabled as unnecessary (In Windows Settings). The NVidia card is also disabled (in the device manager), because. does not work.

After installing Docker Desktop and the "getting-started" example, the settings in Windows Settings changed: the laptop monitor turned on and both began to show the same screen. I tried turning off the laptop monitor. For "multiple display" I specified "Show only on 1", but only the external monitor turned off. Then I chose "Show only on 2" and both monitors turned off. I did not press anything, waited until the action was confirmed and the settings returned back, but after 30 seconds both monitors continued to be turned off. Then I rebooted the laptop, but it did not help and the laptop screen continued to be disabled (the external monitor was disconnected from the laptop). Next, I did a system restore and rolled back to the point before installing Docker Desktop. The laptop monitor turned on, but the external monitor still didn't work. When connecting the cable to the laptop, the monitor did not turn on. Then I reinstalled Windows with saving the settings and the external monitor worked again and it was possible to turn off the laptop monitor. Then I decided to disconnect the external monitor and install Docker Desktop again. After installation, the external monitor stopped working again. Now in Windows Settings, the laptop monitor is defined as "1|2", and when an external monitor is connected, as "1|3". Also, 4 more inactive monitors appeared in the settings. Explain, please, what is the problem? How to install Docker Desktop and use both monitors? How to return monitors without reinstalling Windows?

It seems to me that after installing Docker Desktop, it detects your disabled nvidia video card, and tries to use GPU resources for docker containers (because the feature is in demand for all sorts of neural networks and python libraries). I don’t know how to fix it, google in the direction of Docker Desktop GPU WSL2 disable.
It is not easy to emulate your problem, so you need to somehow let the docker know that he would forget about the NVidia card ... But this is not accurate.
