Judging by the screenshot, it seems to me that somewhere a record from the database got out as pure html and spoiled everything on the page. That's impossible?

Just had the same problem. Only could not appoint the parent to the document.
See doubled uri in phpmyadmin and other anomalies. I have them repeated - corrected - feel better.
And it also happens when the server freezes, well, or the Internet)
