:after goes outside the container and creates unnecessary scrolling on the x-axis, how to remove it?
You need to add such a line to the footer.
I originally created it as after for links to social networks, but this line adds scrolling along the X axis. I checked it in the adaptive change of the chrome screen. And if you reduce the width to the desired one so that it does not go beyond, then when you turn off the adaptive mode in instr. developer, the line will not reach the end of the screen. Here, too, I did not understand what was the matter.

Help to make sure that there is no horizontal scrolling.
UPD: The question was put a little wrong: it is necessary that the line continues behind the screen, but there was no scrolling to the end of its width. Those. the line has a fixed width and on each individual screen, its edge rests on the right corner, and different lengths are obtained on different screens, with the exception of wide screens, in which the resolution will be higher than the fixed line width, so on such monitors its edge will be visible.
Thanks in advance!

Great, how about adding a link to the site from sites-enabled to sites-available?
1) default server default_server , respectively at least:
listen 80 default_server;
server_name _;
nginx -s reload
as far as I remember, in many default configs, inclusion in nginx is made according to the *.conf mask,
add the extension to your file
