I work in sublime via FTP- DirectNET Drive . Before installing bootstrap , changes were applied immediately after saving, but now they are not. Maybe bootstrap is forcing chrome to cache style.css , then where to disable? - or maybe something else is wrong?

You can also simply refresh the page with CTRL + F5
