After changing the Wordpress template, Disqus comments are gone, can I restore them?

Hello!
We have such a problem.
We changed the theme to wordpress (e), changed the database, and now the disqus comments are gone.
Is it possible to restore old comments on the new topic page?

All your comments are still on the Disqus server and should be easy to restore.
