After building the project through angular-cli, nothing works, how to build the project correctly?

Created a project with ng new. Then I launched it without changing anything, everything works. I tried to build it using ng build --prod , everything went well, a dist folder appeared with index.html and other scripts for angular . I opened index.html in the browser, and there is nothing there, an empty page, even though everything is written and connected in the code. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, I'm just new to angular. I ask for your help.
