There are, then, a bunch of photos taken from a helicopter. You need to glue them into a panorama one (preferably, but not necessary), and then combine them with any map (there is a text file in which it is noted at what coordinates which photo was taken), what can you advise?

You can take OpenStreetMap as a map, you can overlay a panorama on it with the Leaflet engine .
