AdvOR stopped working, server change, or toru kerdyk?

At the moment, AdvOR cannot connect to any of the servers to obtain certificates and a list of nodes to work with.
It is the Tor servers themselves that do not work, I tried to connect from different places, from different IP addresses in different countries, there is no connection, the adware log gives:

Received http status code 404 ("Consensus not signed by sufficient number of requested authorities") from server '128.31.0.39:9101' while fetching consensus directory.

And so on for all the servers that are included in it by default.
Anyone can check this fact by downloading any version of AdvOR, initially there are no certificates and lists of nodes / relays in it, and he cannot get them at the moment, but if certificates and other config files are available, then it works fine.
The question is, did Tor suddenly change all the servers, and the author of AdvOR has not yet included them in the latest versions, or have they been covered? Just curious, you never know, maybe not everyone knows about this incident.

The project died back in 2014, and does not know how to work with new TOR servers. Tor still has 4 servers that work with old versions, enter these servers in the ADVoR authorization section, delete the rest.
