Advise technology/library for embedding in the video communication program?

Actually a subject.

There is a need to build in the program (.Net) the ability to establish a video connection between users (via the Internet).

Advise a reliable and proven solution.

So far I have found only SkypeKit, but it is not entirely clear what it can do (the LearMore link on the Skype website leads to an error page). If anyone knows - throw off a link to sample applications.
