Hello!
Let's say a copywriter wrote an article for a news site that was rated 100% / 24% unique.
24% means that 76% of this article is a rewrite. Is this normal uniqueness?
Will search engines throw filters on the site for 76% rewriting? Or only the first indicator (100%) is taken into account?
The copywriter checked the article on Advego anti-plagiarism.

The first indicator is more important, few people use the second at all, I am not inclined to trust him at all.
I advise you to use text.ru. The uniqueness checks much harder than advego, and it seems to give more indicators.
About uniqueness...
You won't believe it, but there are sites in the index with 100% non-unique content. They are specific, but many live for six months and nothing. It's not mine, if anything. So don't bother about the second Advego indicator at all.
