Advertising wedged into the site, how to track?

Colleagues, something bad happened.
Some time did not use the domain, but regularly paid for it.
Now it is not clear for what reasons advertising is wedged in, which covers all content, EVERYTHING!
And even if you create an empty stub page with regular HTML, everything appears exactly after a while.
How to calculate this infection?
