Advanced Onion Router (AdvOR) stopped working?

For many years I bypassed the restriction on the distribution of mobile provider traffic for torrent resources using the Advanced Onion Router, but recently it has stopped connecting to the network and working. There is a suspicion that this happened due to the fact that the Tor browser itself does not now work out of the box, only through bridges. I have bridges (for the browser), because there is only one technology - is it possible to run Advanced Onion Router through these same bridges and how to do it ?? Thanks
