Adobe Photoshop CS6 + 2 different graphics cards = crash

I installed an ATI X1650 video card in PCI-E x1 according to the instructions on Habré, and ATI X3650 in PCI-E x16. After that, Photoshop began to crash almost with any operation.

Has anyone experienced something similar? What solutions exist?
Adobe's official answer (in the knowledge base) is to remove the graphics card.

Try changing Performance - GPU Settings - Advanced Settings to Basic. Or even remove the checkmark from Enable OpenGL Drawing

Maybe just update the drivers? It works for me without problems (the cards, however, are different, but also ATI).

There is only one option in my head - try reinstalling Photoshop.

You come from the other end. Do these two cards even work? In games, other programs? Is there any point in the additional X1650?
