Adobe Flash Linux 64 bit?

I use selenium chromedriver, Adobe Flash Player is installed in the browser, the videos are played, everything suits. I want to install Adobe Flash Player Plugin debugger. I download it from here - https://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/download... . But I can't install. I traced that the flash player plugin is located at /opt/google/chrome/PepperFlash/libpepflashplayer.so
I tried to make a banal replacement, but it does not work. How to make a replacement?

In a lame craft, it is still working. But, fortunately, this carrion is slowly rotting away. You look, in a year or two it will already rot completely.

PepperFlash is not Adobe Flash, so it won't work.
