adobe creative cloud. How to add a local font?

Let's say in adobe xd I need a font that is not in adobe fonts. Even according to the instructions on their website, you can do this in Adobe creative cloud by adding a local font in the font management tab. There should be a button to add a new one.

But for some reason I can't find it.
Tell me, am I a fool or the skis do not go?
Maybe I'm not going there?
If not, how to add local font to dobie?

Just install this font on your PC, restart the application and it will already be in the list of available fonts.
