They didn’t pay once - they will report a failure and warn them, they didn’t pay the second one (in 7 days) - the subscription is canceled (transferred to free). You make a new one and use it, it was like that for me. Just follow all the steps to activate a new subscription according to the instructions, otherwise it may not be activated.
